Smart Panel Light is the sleek counterpart of Smart Panel, specifically designed for vacuum systems featuring a single vacuum producer with a power capacity of up to 22kW.

Key features include:

Versatile Control: The vacuum producer can be managed with three fixed speeds through two demand inputs, facilitating control over two extraction sources with varying dimensions and compensation for flow linearity.

Compatibility and Integration: Smart Panel Light 3.00 seamlessly replaces the former Base Panel and can be paired with Dustcontrol’s DC 11 module – a complete central unit for source extraction and industrial cleaning. Additionally, the control system integrates with Beijer’s cost-effective E3 frequency converter, featuring built-in Modbus IP.

Functional Scope: The Smart Panel Light system offers a range of functional features, including vacuum producer control, micro switch Start/Stop, remote Start/Stop, external input with alarm for selectable interlocking, level guard input, selectable outputs for filter cleaning and pipe cleaning outlet and more.

Future-Proof Design: Smart Panel Light allows easy system upgrades with customer-specific functions like Absence Control or Flow Detection Control. The system is fully upgradable to a Smart Panel system, ensuring a secure investment.
